The checklist may be completed either partially (part 1) or in full (incl. part 2), depending on the information available. Completion of part 2 requires input from a person familiar with the cleaning and disinfection procedure. Providing only partial information will result in a limited assessment of the biosecurity level. When all required information is available and both parts of the checklist are fully completed, a comprehensive evaluation of the transport biosecurity level can be conducted.
